The ACTRIS vision is to become an important European RI in the atmospheric field, in order to increase the exellence in Earth system observation and research and developing sustainable solutions to social needs. ACTRIS will provide access to resources and services by a large user community. The objective is to produce high-quality data in atmospheric science. ACTRIS-IT is the Italian component of the distributed research infrastructure ACTRIS. The Aerosol, Clouds and Trace Gases Research Infrastructure ACTRIS is the pan-European initiative that unites the observations and related research of aerosols, clouds, and trace gases among European partners to provide high-quality research infrastructure services to a wide user community.
