Introducion and Syllabus of the course "Access to Research Infrastructures: process and modalities - 1" of the ITINERIS Training Centers. The training course provided a comprehensive understanding of access management through six key modules and hands-on sessions : Introduction to Research Infrastructure Services: Basic definitions and purposes of research infrastructure services. Access Legal Framework : Regulations at EU, national, and local levels, along with access policies, governance, and guidelines. User Needs and Experience : Understanding RI users, processing feedback, and enhancing user experiences. Access to RI Services, Service definitions and characterizations, along with the creation of the ITINERIS Catalogue of Services. Access Process : Managing access workflows, evaluation criteria, special cases, and access management planning. Financial Framework for Access: Ensuring sustainability, access cost estimation, funding models, and pricing strategies. ITINERIS project.
