This dataset presents georeferenced measurements derived from data collected in the Levionaz Valley in the Gran Paradiso National Park (GPNP, western Italian Alps). The dataset includes the Net Ecosystem Exchange (NEE), Ecosystem Respiration (ER) and meteo-climatic variables, i.e. air and soil temperature, air relative humidity, soil volumetric water content, atmospheric pressure and solar irradiance. The measurements were conducted during the summer season in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 (19/07/2022-21/08/2025).
