SIOS is an international observing system for long-term measurements in the Norwegian archipelago of Svalbard. It offers a virtual data centre for unified access to relevant data describing Earth System Science in the region. Within this framework, IADC provides its environmental monitoring 'core data' and metadata to the SIOS infrastructure, ensuring global visibility for Italian Arctic research.
