This dataset was collected with the aim of testing the UAS-borne MagNimbus magnetometer in vertical gradiometric configuration, which is part of the ITINERIS research infrastructure. The testing activities were conducted on the Altopiano di Verteglia (AV, Southern Italy), where there are three buried pipe systems. The data acquired by the two sensors along the measurement lines indicated in the shapefile were then spatialized and processed. The final vertical gradient map (subpanel F) shows three alignments of dipolar anomalies, associated with the presence of the buried pipes. More information about this activity and the comparison with other configurations can be found at https://doi.org/10.3390/s25196076. Figure caption. Acquired dataset using MagNimbus. Un-filtered TFA maps retrieved from sensors at (a) 4 and (b) 5.7 m a.g.l., and (c) related vertical gradient. Filtered TFA maps at (d) 4 and (e) 5.7 m a.g.l., and (f) the related vertical gradient.
